Processing Time

All orders are carefully packed and shipped within 2-5 days (excluding weekends and holidays). Because each item is handmade and thoughtfully curated, processing times may vary slightly during high volume periods.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

-Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

We primarily ship via USPS, UPS or Fed Ex depending on the best option for your order.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order is in the hands of the carrier, please contact them for further updates or any necessary claims.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.
